Don’t Miss the Third Financial Wellness Seminar!

In keeping with our continuing emphasis on wellness, in February and March we are offering a four-part Sunday series on financial wellness, in Sherrill Hall after the 10am service.

Our next session, which looks at estate and legacy planning, will take place on Sunday, March 19th. Topics will include: basics of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; how to name beneficiaries of life insurance and retirement plans; how to most effectively leave funds to charity; "digital" estates & how to get organized..

Grab coffee and snacks after church, and come learn something new! Upcoming:

  • March 19th: estate and legacy planning
  • March 26th: taxes, insurance, and benefits

Those who participated in the first two seminars on February 5th (investments) and 26th (retirement) were treated to a “wealth” of information.  The slideshow for these presentations can be found on the St. Paul's web site, under Ministries > Financial Wellness Seminar..

As you know, this series is presented by our own Karen Van Voorhis, a financial planner with more than 20 years of experience.

Bring your questions, or feel free to submit questions ahead of time to Karen by text at 508-333-2708 or by email at kvanvoorhis@hotmail.com
