Volunteer to Welcome & Greet Neighbors!
Saturday, September 7, 2024, 10:00 AM
Please consider helping out on Saturday, September 7th to greet and welcome people as they come by St. Paul's during the annual Natick Days Community Festival.
We are looking for a few people from our St. Paul's Community with a gift of Hospitality to volunteer for a short time shift.
Natick Days is an annual festival celebrating our community by providing an opportunity for Natick youth groups and non-profit organizations to increase visibility for the great work they do. It’s a Natick tradition that highlights the work of the service organizations and volunteers that make the Town of Natick such a great place to live, work, and play.
Attended by several thousand people each year, the event is held at the Natick Common, in the heart of the Natick Center Cultural District. There will be lots of people walking right by St. Pauls' to participate in the food, fun, and entertainment!
We would love to have the church doors open for curious neighbors to come inside and maybe sit in the (relative) quiet for a bit. We'd love for members of our community to be able to invite folks to check us out and to answer questions about St. Paul's and we hope to have some simple children's activities set up on the lawn and driveway between the church and Gale House. Your gift of time can help make that happen!
If you would like to sign up to help out, please email Katy Denning ([email protected]) and we can get you all the information to volunteer!
** Note: the Rain date is Sunday, September 8th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. IF the event is shifted to the rain date, we will be in touch to determine if you are available for the alternate date and times!
